Daybed & Cabana FAQs

 

How do I reserve a daybed or cabana?

You can reserve using the BOOK NOW button in the top right corner under the DAYBEDS & CABANAS section, or you can use THIS LINK. 

 

What time is check-in?

8am – 11am. Must check in at front desk by 11am to ensure it isn’t resold.

 

How long am I able to use it?

8am – 10pm

 

What is the food & beverage situation?

You can order off of our normal pool menu, but we also have custom menus & packages for our daybeds & cabanas to choose from as well.

 

Are outside guests allowed?

Yes, cabana reservations are able to be reserved by outside guests and guarantee 10 people access to the pool. Daybeds are reserved for hotel guests only.

 

Am I able to get my luggage stored?

Storage is limited, but we’re happy to store your bags. Note we are not responsible for lost or stolen luggage.

 

Is outside food & drink permitted?

No

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable.

 

It looks like my reservation has an arrival and departure date when I only want it for one day. 

We apologize for the confusion, but rest assured your daybed or cabana reservation is just for one day, on the date of your arrival.
